As a third-generation electrician, this trade runs deep in my blood. My grandfather first began wiring homes in Germany back in the early 1900s. My father, Rolf Buehler, carried that tradition to New York in the 1950s, starting his own electrical business with the same integrity and pride he was raised with. From a young age, I was on job sites with him, learning the ropes, and more importantly, learning the value of doing the job right.

That foundation shaped everything. I’ve been working in the electrical field since I was ten years old, and today, I bring over 45 years of personal experience to every project we take on—residential, commercial, and large-scale solar.

After moving to Arizona in the late 1980s, I gained experience with some of the Valley’s largest electrical contractors before starting Watt Masters in 1999. That same year, we completed our very first solar project for the East Mesa Library. We were hooked—and decided to make solar a core part of our work.

Since then, we’ve installed solar across Arizona on everything from churches and schools to remote off-grid locations and multimillion-watt commercial rooftops. In fact, we were the lead installer on Arizona’s largest rooftop solar project at the time—long before many solar companies in business today even existed.

We don’t just install panels—we wire them right. That’s because we’re not just a solar company. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured electricians specializing in low, medium, and high voltage systems. Our in-house team handles everything from conduit runs to panel tie-ins with precision and care. No day labor. No outsourcing. Just skilled professionals who take pride in their work.
